I remeber when I was only about 9 years old, I read a book called LUCY WAS THERE... I remember it so vividly because of the way the author (I don’t remember her name) made the book so simple but yet so sad. It was about a girl who didn’t really have that many friends, only her dog Lucy. When Lucy dies, she has to find a way to move on.
