A recent book that I just zipped through reading was THE HOST by Stephenie Meyer.

I think the last book was A CERTAIN SLANT OF LIGHT.

The most recent would have to be THE DA VINCI CODE. I zipped through it in 2 days, and the funny thing was that I was hanging around people the whole time and keeping a conversation.

I just read ALONG FOR THE RIDE by Sarah Dessen. I've read all of her books, and have loved all of them (except DREAMLAND). This book is just what I needed to start my summer. It's perfect Dessen. I enjoyed every bit of it. I can't wait for more!

The real question for me isn't book but books. My cousin got me hooked on the Sweep series by Cate Tiernan and I haven't been able to put them down. I started the series last week and I'm already on book 8.

ROGER BACON REPORTING --- it was a good book; pretty interesting but quiet boring at times. It has lots of good imagination, but it also has a lot of facts on Tasmanian tigers, which is good. I think people should read it if they are between the ages of 8-12.

THE WIDOW OF THE SOUTH and THE SINGING. Both were really good. I've read all of the Pellinor books, but THE SINGING didn't end the way I wanted it to.

i just finished the book FROZEN FIRE by Tim Bowler. It was a very intense book that had me at the edge of my seat the entire time!! It starts fast paced and doesn't slow down the whole time! It took me less then 2 days to read.

I just zipped through the second book in the House of Night series, BETRAYED. Good book, but a little too much cursing and lust.

PERFECT CHEMISTRY by Simone Elkeles. It was amazingly good.

DEADLY LITTLE SECRET by Laurie Faria Stolarz. It's such a good book, I couldn't put it down!

I just read FADE by Lisa Macmann entirely today. It was a really amazing book and I just couldn't put it down!

BREAKING DAWN --- I read it in 2 hours and I loved it.

OMG! I just finished the second Vampire Diaries book. it was amazing! I couldn't put it down. It was action packed with romance and a good vampire story too. Each book has 2 volumes and they're both awesome. Check them out.

MY SISTER'S KEEPER by Jodi Picoult. This book is a touching story about a 13-year-old girl and her sister who has cancer. Anna, the main character, was born to save her sister's life by giving her bone marrow and platelets. She was never asked if she wanted to, her parents just made her. But, when her parents ask her to give her kidney to her sister, who will probably die, Anna says no. Her parents try to force her and Anna decides its time to get a lawyer. should anna give her kidney to her sister? The twist in story will change not only Anna's life but also her sister's.

I really enjoyed this book because it kept me reading with the very interesting story. It's about 6 teens breaking into a haunted, abandoned asylum and recording a film.

From the first hour in the asylum, strange things begin to happen. I love this and i think everyone should read it because it is very, very good.

I just read the book GAMER GIRL, and I did enjoy the simplicity of it. It was very easy to read, I got through it in about one sitting. It had one of those feel-good endings, nothing very remarkable. I do like the game romance idea, even though the chances of it ever happening is zero. This is just one of those books that you pick up and just zip trough.

The Wicked Lovely series by Melissa Marr. At first, I'm like, oh my god, it's about faeries?! That was a different turn. But really when you read into it, you understand that these faeries are really more like animals. I don't know why they are called that. Anyway, I'm on the third book and it's better than the second. The 2nd was too intense.

I just couldn't read the middle of the story and had to skip to the ending! I didn't want to know the scary process the girl in the book had to go through so, I wanted to get it over with.

PAISLEY HANOVER ACTS OUT by Cameron Tuttle

Definitely Cupcake Brown's memoir A PIECE OF CAKE. It was very long, but so intriguing. The scary truth of how rape, drug addiction and many other horrible things can happen to someone as young as 11 was very eye opening to me. I would definitely suggest you read this.

STUCK IN NEUTRAL --- I read it in about 2 days. Great book!

PERSEPOLIS 1 and 2 by Marjane Satrapi. It's a graphic novel, though.
I read ON WRITING by Stephen King pretty quickly, too.

I read DEAD IS SO LAST YEAR by Marlene Perez super quickly! Before I knew it, the book was over and I was upset because it was so good!
Oh and before that, I read BOYS R US by Lisi Harrison in like, 4 hours! It was ah-mazing!
