A GREAT AND TERRIBLE BEAUTY by Libba Bray --- Amazing plot that keeps changing so you can't put the book down

GONE by Michael Grant --- For such a large book it keeps your attention throughout and makes you really think about certain things in life
A CIRCLE OF BLOOD by Alane Ferguson --- Great forensic mystery series. Series usually can't keep my interest past the second book but now I can't wait for a fourth book.

Oh boy, this is tough. I would have to say the UGLIES/PRETTIES/SPECIALS/EXTRAS series was phenomenal, but I really liked Meg Cabot's books --- all were my guilty pleasures this summer. I also heart Emiy Brontė, Jane Austen, but most of all, I love Nicholas Sparks!

MILES TO GO by Miley Cyrus, although most people do not like Miley because of her past, this book really helps you understand, well . . . "her." Many people also think that her boyfriend is too old for her, but she has her reasons just like everyone else. I love the quotes and advice she gives throughout the book, it is a big inspiration.

My favorite book was by far TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE. This book has such a strong message and many quotes that reveal a lot about life. I would definitely suggest this book to anybody because it is one that is meant for all ages, genders, people in general. If you have already read it, then you know exactly what I'm talking about when I say this book is powerful.

My favorite book this summer had to be LORD OF THE FLIES. I was forced to read it for school but I ended up enjoying it. It's very symbolic. It's about these kids who get trapped on an island and set up rules for themselves, like those of adult societies. It was good. I recommend it.

My favorite book this summer is definitely PERFECT CHEMISTRY by Simone Elkeles. It's such a cute story, I can't stop thinking about it. "Good Girl & Bad Boy" with an ultimate twist. I really really love it.

My favorite summer book was ANGELS AND DEMONS by Dan Brown. It starts off with immediate action and the suspense never stops. It does have some confusing and somewhat odd parts to it but overall is a very good book.

My favorite books this summer were GRACELING by Kristin Cashore, and THE CITY OF EMBER by Jeanne DuPrau.

Well I really liked HOW TO BE A REAL PERSON (in Just One Day) by Sally Warner. It's a really great book!

TWO-WAY STREET: A great love story. I recommended it to every person I know and they loved it too. You learn that love and family hardships don't just happen to you.

Definitely LOCK & KEY by Sarah Dessen. This book had a great plotline about a teenage girl who had grown up most of her life without her older sister or father. She's been living with her abusive mother, until one day, her mother vanishes. Seventeen-year-old Ruby is excited to live on her own. But when social services come for Ruby, she is forced to live with her sister and her husband in a luxurious house. They send her to private school and give her everything she wants, but Ruby feels as though she doesn't belong. She wants to move out and live the independent life she's always dreamed of. However, keeping people out of your life is a challenge maybe even Ruby can't handle.
