I don't like to give books because what if the people don't like them? Instead, I give gift certificates to book stores so they can pick out their own. If I had to give a book, I'd give Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier. It has everything- magic, romance, adventure, an evil sorceress, and, most importantly, sequels.

This holiday I would like to get a book that is romantic, but yet mysertious and "Don't Tell" is the perfect book that fits that discription. The best part about this book is that I am familiar with this author and I know that she lives up to her name: Elizabeth Chandler. Not only her name, but her books. In the beginning there are so many knots in the story and when you get to the last pages she unties all those knots. That's what makes this book the best gift to get for the holidays. Even if it could scare the crap out of you.

I would absolutely love toi have the next two books in the Stravaganza series by Mary Hoffman. I have just finished treading the first in the series, and i would highly recommend it to anyone at all. I would also love to give these three books to all of my friends, because these books are the best i have read in quite a while.
