Trickster's Queen by Tamora Pierce for sure.

I have read a lot of books this year but one that comes to mind as being an engrossing story is Summer Boys by Hailey Abbott. It has pretty much every element in a teen book that a person could want and you definitely understand the feelings of all the characters. It was worth every page.

Who Am I Without Him? by Sharon G. Flake
LuckiLivi@aol.com
My favorite book of 2004 was Twilight by Meg Cabot. It came out three days before '04 ended, but it was my favorite AND the last book in the Mediator Series...YAY!
SnowshineEnigma@aol.com
Trickster's Queen, written by Tamora Pierce, has to be the best book of 2004. Pierce has managed to create, once again, a character of both reality and fiction -- someone both connectable and fantastic at once. In this continuation of Alianne's struggles in the Copper Isles, the author has combined a brilliant plot, a twisting fate, humorous gods, and a love story with beautiful sweetness. Her style is eloquent, the dialogue relaxed, and the entire development of the book is a shining image of perfection. Trickster's Queen is, without a doubt, the best book of 2004 --- just as Tamora Pierce is the greatest teen author of all time.

I'd say that One of Those Hideous Books Where the Mother Dies by Sonya Sones was one of the best books I read this year.
shellybelly173@comcast.net
Prisoner of the Iron Tower by Sarah Ash

Shopaholic & Sister by Sophie Kinsella

ggirl490@yahoo.com
The best book of 2004 was Twilight, Mediator #6, by Meg Cabot. It was a completely awesome book. It's a book that you can't put down after you start reading it.

The Clique by Lisi Harrison, because it is great for teens. I think they should publish more books like this.

I thought that Teen Idol by Meg Cabot is the best book that I read in 2004. It really describes how some people are in high school and I can relate myself and my friends to the girl in the book.
hotangel596402@aol.com
Snakecharm by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. I have enjoyed all of her books.
sunkisttexan@yahoo.com
The 6th Gossip Girl novel because major revelations happened at the end of the book, making the 7th all the more desirable.
ridegossip@aol.com
I would pick Trickster's Queen by Tamora Pierce because I'm a huge fan of hers. Some parts happened in ways I wish they hadn't and the end was sad for me, but I still loved it!
akrahn@mindspring.com
Saving Francesca by Melina Marchetta
mo_eeny_meeny_miny@hotmail.com
Marshmallow Magic and the Wild Rose Rouge by Karen McCombie. This is a book about one bright, sparky, eccentric individual who is trying to forget about her past when she has been bullied.
bookwurm123@excite.com
I think the best book of 2004 was Trickster's Queen by Tamora Pierce. It was very realistic and never had a dull moment. The point of view was so well used that I found myself thinking like the main character, Aly, for weeks after reading the book. I absolutely loved Trickster's Queen!
