Well my favorite manga comic is the Chobits series, they're really good!! I also like Zodiac PI --- they are also one of my favorites.
avpagirl@yahoo.com
If I name all my favorite manga it won't fit here, so I'll recommend only my number one favorite --- Immortal Rain. The characters are great, the art is great, the plot is great, and it includes everything: comedy, suspense, drama, and romance.
asa_on_earth@yahoo.com
Berserk. I like it because it has a lot of fighting, battles, it's placed in the medieval times, and has magic and demons. And I like Descendents of Darkness. The characters are hysterical. Hisoka and Tsuzuki are my favorites, closely followed by the count (and his odd obession with Tsuzuki), Tatsumi (and his love for money), and Dr. Muraki (who also has a strange obsession with Tsuzuki).
purpalicious_gurl@hotmail.com
I love reading Ranma 1/2. I love it because it's really funny. It's about this boy who travels with his father to a lake and he turns into a girl when he touches hot water, and his father turns into a huge panda.
afa_cortez@yahoo.com
I really like Hikaru No Go and Naruto.
Hikaru No Go is a manga about a board game ("Go"). I like it because it's really sort of educational (but not boring). I even learned how to play "Go" myself because of this manga.
I like Naruto because it's a story about ninjas, and of course, everyone likes ninjas mainly because they're so coool!!!! RIGHT!!!! It tells the
story of a boy who is trying to get the respect of his entire village by
being their village's next leader (the highest ninja rank), a "hokage."
live_wire_50@hotmail.com
I like Dragonball Z. I am a fight-lover.
cellocat514@yahoo.com
One of the first manga that I read and really enjoyed was Fruits Basket. There is a lot of depth to the story and characters. It's also hilarious, and as you go along the mysteries slowly unravel, one by one. And anything by CLAMP.
Peach Fuzz is really cute, and Bleach is really funny also!!!!
hhhuntinggirl@yahoo.com
One of my favorite mangas is Kare Kano. It's my fav. because of what it talks about. It's not like other mangas with love stories and perfect endings. In Kare Kano, there's passion, hatred, school issues, teen lust, and everything. Plus, there are many volumes so I never really have to worry about running out. You should read it sometime.
hhhuntinggirl@yahoo.com
Peach Girl. It's basically about two guys fighting over a girl, and she has to choose one on them, but who? She loves them both. It's also a school love story too.
c_el_13@yahoo.com
I love any and all of the Inuyasha mangas, simply because I'm a HUGE fan of Inuyasha, the TV show. Pretty much every manga is a good manga though.
lisat91@hotmail.com
My favorite mangas are Inuyasha, Planet Ladder, Fruits Basket, and Case Closed!
ashleyandrea@msn.com
My all-time favorite manga is Fruits Basket. I love Fruits Basket because it has such a great plot. The character development is exquisite and it has romance and drama and a whole bunch of comedy. It is such a page-turner and keeps you waiting for the next volume.
My next favorite manga is Shaman King, which is an action/comedy that will just keep you laughing every page.
DNAngel is also a very good manga with a very twisted romantic plot that will keep you guessing who will end up with who.
They are all so great. Teenreads should definitely add Manga as a section because so many like it.
csnowmon@yahoo.com
Fruits Basket and Kill Me Kiss Me are my favorite manga titles. I'm not really sure why I like them, but I keep buying more.
readerofdreams@aol.com
I like the mangas Negima, King of Bandits: Jing, and XXX Holic. These are by very good artists and have a great plotline; while it may be confusing, they are superb.
starry_summer_nights@Hotmail.com
Some of my favorite manga titles are Fruits Basket, Paradise Kiss, and Girl Got Game.
midknightfaerie@sbcglobal.net
My favorite manga is the Ranma 1/2 series, because it is hilarious and very original. I think that manga is a good way to get introduced to some anime that are based on manga, and also they are a fun change of pace for teenagers who are too used to reading books with no pictures.
ajcomrie@sbcglobal.net
OK, this is a long list. I love:
Wild Act
I.N.V.U
Kare First Love
Naruto
Fruits Basket
Model
Happy Hustle High
Princess Ai
Shutter Box
Peach Girl
Paradise Kiss
The Demon Ororon
and more!!!!!!

Inuyasha - Love/Romance/comedy/action
Naruto - Action/comedy
Tramps Like Us - Just plain laugh out loud funny.
Paradise Kiss - Sweet love story.
Hana Kimi - Proves girls can do boys stuff too.
Peach Girl - Conflicts that can really happen to teenagers.
Princess Ai - Love it.
kitkat22999@hotmail.com
My favorite manga is Hana Kimi because it's really funny. I also like Kodache, Marmalade Boy, Peach Girl, and Fruits Basket.
aliensrcoming@verizon.net
Inuyasha, Rurouni Kenshin and Love Hina are some of my favorite mangas. Inuyasha and Rurouni Kenshin have tons of action and of course, romantic comedy. Love Hina is just romantic comedy. What could be better??
skittles519@charter.net
Fruits Basket
Cardcaptor Sakura
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles
I love manga because I like to look at the beautiful pictures. They make the stories quite enjoyable. Plus, mangas usually have a different feel to them than books that are all text. The stories are usually very well written and thought out. And, the expressions on the characters' faces make the stories even more emotional, so you can really feel what the character is feeling. It's like you are in the story even more.
Now I have a million reasons why I like Fruits Basket, which is my most favorite manga. So here they are:
I like the fact that there is a lot of emotion in this story, and there is a lot of depth to it too. There is comedy, drama, romance, and even a little bit of action. The characters are just wonderful, each one has their own story, so they aren't the way they are just because the author decided to make them that way. They all have a reason, and there is somehting deeper to every character. This series is very heartwarming --- it made me laugh, it made me cry, and after all that you are left with a smile. To me, that signals an incredible story. The overall feeling is just very happy and warm. Most of the characters may turn into animals, but they still deal with real life problems. So I'm sure that there is at least one character that everyone can find to relate to. That's why I love Fruits Basket.

Oh My Goddess: Mystery Child
It is the only one of the series I've read, due to my puny library's stupid budget. It has probably the best drawing I've seen to date, a pretty good plot, and it's a pretty fluid read.
Yu-Yu Hakusho
Again, I've only read the first in the series --- this time due to personal choices. It is indefinitely the most flowing graphic novel I have ever read...I even cried during one of the chapters. However, teenage boy mentality sickens me, idiots at heart. If only a spin-off about Botan would come out, I might read it!

Peach Girl. The books are nice and I love the story!
jpennell@att.net
Whistle!
Yu Gi Oh
The Prince of Tennis
Rebound
warrior_princess1991@hotmail.com
Some of my favorite manga titles are Rayearth, Inuyasha, and Gundam Seed. I like them because they are about people my age who are fighting for their beliefs and it has some romance along the way.
granger_60@msn.com
Kazan: Because they're really good stories and have cool pictures.
One Piece: Because it has a great storyline and cool characters.
curlytop0329@hotmail.com
One of my favorite manga series is Hot Gimmick. The drawings kick butt and the storyline keeps you squealing and guessing at every turn. It's true to life how one simple thing can turn your life upside down.
fly_ladie@yahoo.com
Fruits Basket and I.N.V.U. are awsome Manga books!! I love how the drawings show so much emotion, and I remember reading Fruits Basket and crying one time because I felt so sad for the character.
panchu_06@hotmail.com
Detective Conan, Midori Days, Cardcapter Sakura, and Winx Club, to name but a few. I like them because they're sweet, funny and enjoyable!
technogeek5@sbcglobal.net
Well, I like Zodiac P.I. and President Dad.
Zodiac P.I. is a crime-solving series. I do not usually like that genre but I don't like the battle manga.
President Dad is cool. It's just normal. That's why I like it.

Chobits: It is a sweet and funny story about a normal girl-obsessed guy who finally finds a robot girl (accidentally)! When he picks her up from some garbage, he loses her memory chip, so when he turns her on, he has no idea what to do. His friend helps him, and he tries to help "Chi" the robot girl, who is a chobit (robots who think for themselves) and they both unknowingly fall in love!
dessenfan13@cableone.net
My first favorite manga is the series Mars, which is about a good girl and a rebel guy meeting and falling in love despite all the obstacles. If you see a summary on Tokyopop, it says, "A bad boy can change a good girl forever."
My second favorite is a series called Snow Drop. It's like a modern version of Romeo and Juliet except I don't know if they die at the end, because the last book isn't out yet. I love it.
Forbidden Dance just keeps you entranced all the way through. Then there's Kill Me Kiss Me that has some crossdressing in it and is absolutely wonderful. I've been reading manga for over two years and I love it now even more than when I started.
edude89@tds.net
My favorites are Trigun, Psychic Academy, .Hack // Legend of the Twilight, Scryed, and Angel Sanctuary. I enjoy them because they are culturally from Japan, only translated (with a little unwanted adaptations) by U.S. publishers. I also like a lot of CLAMP works especially Tsubasa.
minitart123@aol.com
Fruits Basket and Case Closed are both very thrilling manga series. Case Closed is mind-twisting and adventurous, while Fruits Basket is a sweet, awing kind of manga. They're both awesome, and great reads!
sittakarina@yahoo.com
Fruits Basket. The plot and characters are awesome. Stories are moving in touchy and meaningful ways.
basilrain@gmail.com
Naruto Vol. 1-7. I like Naruto because it's funny and full of adventure.
Mokamkay88@aol.com
My favorite manga is currently The Demon Ororon by Hakase Mizuki. The art is very unique, the characters and dialogue fantastic, and even the flashbacks (which I usually despise) were well done. Other titles I enjoy are Kare Kano by Masami Tsuda (lovely and clean art combined with likable characters and angst that doesn't grate on the nerves) and Bleach by Kubo Tite (extremely cool, edgy art with an outstanding hero and even better supporting cast)
reader_girl22@yahoo.com
DNAngel because it is exciting.
Girl Got Game because it is funny.
Descendants of Darkness because it has lots of really cute guys.
Hana Kimi because it is also hilarious.
Inu Yasha because it is a comedy romance novel.
Rurouni Kenshin because the characters are all relatable in a sense.
dinokenzo@hotmail.com
My favorite title is Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry. It was a great book with a great moral behind it. It is a must-read book.
gill_bethcarrot@msn.com
Hyper Police: I actually haven't really read it, but my brother has, and he gave me the details of it. It sounds pretty interesting. It's in the future and there are "mosters" (which are like aliens) all over earth and humans are an endangered species. Pretty cool, eh?
Anonymous
Sailor Moon: It really portrays true love (Serena and Darien) and friendship (the scouts).
foxycub1@hotmail.com
Fruits Basket, because it's just perfect, and Chobits because it's so cute. Planet Ladder for its wonderful art, and Gunslinger Girl for its amazing characters and storytelling.
wyxhi@yahoo.com.cn
Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2. I enjoy them because they're funny and well-illustrated.
rsgby@yahoo.com
I would have to say I like Inuyasha because it's funny and also it has a little romance in it.
gothic_princess27@hotmail.com
My favorite manga is probably either Inuyasha or Dragonball Z.
ChudleyCannonsz@aol.com
I love Marmalade Boy, the stories are just so fun to read. I like the main character, I can relate to her in some ways and her problems with boys are very real.
Anonymous
I've only read a few manga novels, but the ones I like the most are Rurouni Kenshin and Naruto. I like Rurouni Kenshin because of the funny way he talks, and the storyline. And I love Naruto mainly because of the anime, but the manga is still awesome. The story is great and ongoing.
drkgtrst234@aol.com
Manga? I would say I really enjoy the W Juliet series. It takes some time to understand the plot and what is going on, but once you do it's totally amazing.
bookworm_sarah@wowway.com
Full Metal Alchemist
Inuyasha
Trigun
Love Hina
Chobits
Gundam Seed
akikoheart87@yahoo.com
Ah, manga. My favorites are MARS, Marmalade Boy, and Hikaru No Go. I love MARS because it's a very deep story. Marmalade Boy is --- plainly said --- cute, and Hikaru No Go teaches me about the game Go.
Manga overall is very cool. I just wish it wasn't so expensive!
retro_revolutionary@hotmail.com
Azumanga Daioh because it was about nothing, yet was still highly entertaining. It wasn't stereotypical manga.
haiuyend@yahoo.com
Fruits Basket because it's very suspenseful.
outlaworblade@yahoo.com
So far my favorite Manga title is Kill Me Kiss Me --- it's one of those high school love stories full of twists and a plot that is completely hilarious. It's a must-read for people who want to read something funny, and for anyone into love and manga.
lora.rohrer@cox.net
Favorite Manga title: .hack//Legend of the Twilight
I enjoy Mangas because they have pictures, you read from right to left, and they have awesome storylines.
midknightfaerie@sbcglobal.net
My favorite manga series is Ranma 1/2, which is about a boy who is the victim of a Chinese curse that turns him into a girl when hit with cold water. It is HILARIOUS and completely off-the-wall, with new crazy characters and odd martial arts tournaments in each volume (martial arts figure skating, anyone?)
DarkChaos1125@comcast.net
I love Naruto, Rurouni Kenshin, Peacemaker (Kurogane), Saiyuki, Wolf's Rain, and Fruits Basket. I love these titles because they always teach you something --- about friendship, love, history, etc. Also they're serious and amusing at the same time, both qualities are properly balanced.
rbocznew@comcast.net
Saiyuki, Inuyasha, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Rurouni Kenshin. I like them all for different reasons --- for example, I like Yu Yu Hakusho for the characters, and the plot of Inuyasha.
punkdichiesa118@aol.com
I love Marmalade Boy because...well...it's AMAZING. It's such a weird plot that's never used and something you'd never see, but it fits perfectly with the characters and such. I love it!
azizibeyla@hotmail.com
One of my favorites is Imadoki. It's a really good storyline about a girl who meets a guy the day before she begins at a new school.
Ovandian_mage@yahoo.com
Bondage Fairies. I mean, the title is self-explanatory.
ziggy4ever2000@aol.com
I really love manga and I have a LOT of graphic novels but they are SO expensive that I usually only get two a month.
MARS: This is like the best manga ever, Rei and Kira have this...chemistry. The artwork is superb and the author makes Kira look so pure and beautiful, while Rei is so deliciously bad. It's a great book for guys and girls.
I.N.V.U: Another manga where the artwork is so good. The characters don't look childish or badly drawn and the story is like a soap opera; addictive. The real attraction is the relationship between Siho and Rei and the drama with them and their friends.
Gravitation: Gravitation is a Gay manga, Eiri Yuki is the typical mean, cold, aloof writer while Shuichi is a childish, goofy, clumsy, funboy. Somehow the two of them wind up together and actully have a serious relationship...despite the sex.
Love Hina: While Love Hina isn't up to the angular, more "teen" style of drawing it is a teen-geared manga. It is also THE funniest manga around. Keitaro will have you rolling with laughter. He happens to be the owner of an all-girls dorm and the antics they go through are hilarious. At one time or another in the 14-book series, all of the girls fall in love with him, but he only has eyes for Naru, and their love story is so complex and sweet.
There are many other mangas that I enjoy: Rave Master, Fruits Basket, Naruto, D.N. Angel, Rurouni Kenshin, and a LOT more.
tinahyde@aol.com
I like Marmalade Boy because it is about what happens a lot in life...the same with Girl Got Game.
icykat213@yahoo.com
Fruits Basket...it is VERY FUNNY and has great characters. It also reflects Japanese culture, which I like.
