I like reading Holes and other books like that because they have some real life in there (like getting blamed for something you didn't do) and also friendship (Stanley and Zero) I've read Holes over and over and find something new every time. Louis Sacher did a great job writing this book and many others. My sister is obsessed with his Wayside School books. I'm not a bookworm, and Holes is definately my Number One choice.

Right now I am reading Daddy's Little Girl by Mary Higgins Clark. This book is so sad. I got into to it like right after the first senstance and it didn't take me long to read. Mary Higgins Clark has such a good talent to write great suspense stories

Ive basically been reading since I was little. My mom gave me a chapter book to read when I was 8...The Lion, the witch, and the Wardrobe. Since then I have been interested in fantasy as in The Lord of the Rings series by J.R.R Tolkien and The Princess Diaries series by Meg Cabot...although not fantasy....still a great read! I love books with humour and love and adventure...sometimes if an author gets carried away and rambles on I lose interest. But I rate all those books a definite 10 out of 10. I am now 15 and I am a major bookworm. What can you say?....I love to read.

I just finished reading Xenocide by Orson Scott Card. It was really good. It is the third book in a series that starts out with the book Ender's Game. It is a science fiction book that deals with the relationships between humans and alien life forms mostly. 5 stars.

As of now, I am reading Child of My Heart by Alice McDermott, a very good book about a girl who babysits and the troubles with growing up. I am also readig City of the Beasts by Isabel Allende. This book is awesome! It is about a boy whose mother is dying of cancer. Consequently, the boy's father can no longer look after his children because he is taking his wife to a specialist in Texas. The boy is sent to live with his wild grandmother who takes him to the Amazon. His mystical journey continues there. Also, one more book I completed just last night was called Nectar in a Sieve (I can't remember the author's name--it's too long). The book was okay. It was one of those stories that is sort of boring but you can't stop reading it because there's always another cliffhanger.
