July 2002
Dear Readers,
Summer's here and it's too hot to do much more than read! You could fry an egg on the sidewalk outside the Teenreads World Headquarters in New York (sometimes old cliches just seem right), but we've been slaving away in front of molten monitors and sweltering CPUs to bring you the best Summer book picks!
One of the best ways to beat the heat is to find some shade, some lemonade, and a good book. We have a host of new reviews designed to give you the perfect summer escape. For example, for those of you looking for something a little out of the ordinary, check out Richard Bach's new Ferret Chronicles. We have reviews for the first two books.
If you're interested in reading with your friends, Teenreads has a brand new feature on Reading Groups. Find out how to start and manage your very own TEEN BOOK CLUBS!
Well, that's all for now. Stay cool...
